What Up World? Its your favorite hip-hop music blogger MuzikFlow. And this here blog is dedicated to one thing only…..” Why You Should Listen to WordLyfe”. Now people are gonna ask….”What or who the Hell is WordLYFE?” Well I’ll tell you! WordLYFE is a hip-hop group who represent both Boston and New Jersey respectively. The two emcees came together to form this group in 2005 and have been making music ever since. Group members “Lexx Black” and “S.B.” shared a similar taste and love for real hip-hop. These guys are not your typical run of the mill bang-bang shoot em up rappers, these guys bring thought provoking music with each line they deliver. Listening to their music reminded me of the days when lyrics and passion played a much bigger role than materialistic allure. But these guys right here are not to be pigeonholed either, their style of music allows them to transition between a wide array of subjects that nearly everyone can relate to. This is what makes them unique! This sense of balance that I get when I try to describe their music can only be truly understood if one listens to them very closely. The wordplay, the hidden subliminals and double entendres and general to hermetical song concepts are enough of a dose of good music to make me play their songs in my iPod all day…literally.
